Home Maintenance Plans

Your home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make, and small problems are a lot easier (and cheaper) to fix before they turn into big ones. Our home maintenance plans put us on your calendar so the little things get handled on a regular schedule, whether that's every month, every quarter, twice a year or once a year. Pick the plan that fits your home, choose the services you want, and we'll take care of the rest, just like we would for our own house.

Monthly Plan

  • Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replace batteries as needed
  • Check and tighten loose door handles, hinges, locks and cabinet hardware
  • Adjust sticking or rubbing doors
  • Check ceiling fans and light fixtures and replace burned-out bulbs
  • Touch-up caulk at tubs, showers and sinks
  • Walk through your honey-do list for small repairs

Quarterly Plan

  • Everything on a monthly visit, done once a quarter
  • Inspect and re-caulk tubs, showers, sinks and backsplashes
  • Check weatherstripping and door sweeps on exterior doors
  • Inspect and adjust interior and exterior doors for fit and latching
  • Clean and balance ceiling fans and tighten fixtures
  • Check exterior siding and trim for loose pieces or gaps
  • Small interior paint touch-ups

Every 6 Months Plan

  • Seasonal walk-through of the interior and exterior (spring and fall)
  • Re-caulk exterior windows and doors where needed
  • Inspect and replace worn weatherstripping
  • Inspect deck, patio cover or pergola for loose boards, fasteners or rot
  • Check siding and trim and make small repairs
  • Exterior paint touch-ups on trim and doors
  • Test smoke and CO detectors and replace batteries

  • Full home check-up, inside and out, with a written list of anything that needs attention
  • Inspect and re-caulk windows, doors, tubs and showers
  • Deck and patio inspection, tightening and minor board replacement
  • Inspect exterior siding and trim and make repairs
  • Inspect and adjust all interior and exterior doors
  • Check light fixtures and ceiling fans
  • Interior and exterior paint touch-ups

Our way of doing business is simple: show up, do the job right, and treat every client's house like it's our own. After more than 45 years in the industry, that hasn't changed. It's why our motto is Protecting Your Investment. We truly believe in it, and we work to earn it on every job.

We're still a family affair. Our owner, Scott Sprowl, leads the business. His son Brian works alongside him as our Production Manager, and his daughter Christy is our Marketing Director. We love keeping it in the family, and we think you'll feel the difference. When you choose us, you're not just hiring a crew. You become part of our family.

Whether you need a ceiling fan hung, a sticking door fixed, a kitchen remodeled or a room added, we serve homeowners throughout North Texas, including Denison, Sherman, Frisco, McKinney, Dallas, Colleyville, Collinsville and nearby communities.
